• We'll undertake full safety checks on all of your gas appliances.

• Check that the current Carbon Monoxide​ detectors are suitably located, working correctly, and are within date. If no​ detector is fitted or the current detector is out of date and/or faulty. We can provide a new 7-year built-in battery-operated Carbon monoxide​​​​​​ detector during our visit.

• Provide copies of annual Gas Safety Check/Service certificates In hard copy form or electronically sent to both agency and the landlord.

• Send annual Gas Safety Check/Service reminders for the following year so you don’t need to remember.
